The Hotel comprises of the following:

•   A conference center with 2,400 feet of meeting space. The facility can
    seat 80 people. It is ideal for private functions such as weddings and
    small meetings.
•   A restaurant and pool.
•   Accommodation comprises thirty-two (32) rooms in four (4) two-storey
    pavilions. Each pavilion has four (4) Superior Suites, two (2) deluxe
    twin/king bedded rooms with a balcony and two (2) Junior Suites with a
   patio.

There are two (2) Condominium buildings of eight (8) apartments each, located in the heart of the Hotel compound. Each Condominium owner is entitled to obtain Economic Citizenship. The Condominium can also earn income as the Hotel Management would rent the unit when it is available.

Owners are entitled to use the resort facilities which includes a restaurant, pool, conference room and a beach club.
