Each Simplicity Enclave" is an intimate community of whole-owned homes designed with our signature casual elegance. Homes are fine examples of local architecture and craftsmanship and feature meticulously designed interiors with the highest-quality furnishings and fixtures.  Each Enclave" features a variety of private, lifestyle-enhancing amenities and services.

Tamarind Cove features only ten homes with four and five bedrooms available, ranging between 4,500 and 5,500 square feet. 

Each of the homes has been custom-designed in a traditional island-plantation style, featuring peaked great rooms, wood-shingled roofs, stone and wood exterior facades and a private pool.  The homes will be built of block and masonry, featuring traditional Caribbean architectural features, including large verandas with water views and private courtyards.
